48-50 Broadwick

Client:     Great Portland Estates
Project:   Broadwick Street.
Business Sector:  Residential
Location:  London

We have recently completed the conversion of two 18th century properties in the heart of Soho, reverting them from office buildings to their original residential use.

The Client and Architect have sought to acknowledge this in their sympathetic restoration of the properties both internally and externally, revealing the period characteristics which had been hidden. The client has sought to use, where possible, locally sourced and handmade items of sanitary ware and ironmongery, in order that the original details of the building can be brought out and reflected in the Architects scheme.

The project consisted of the delivery of both Mechanical and Electrical services to the existing Basement, ground, first, second & third floors to a bespoke fit-out. Our Scope of works included the design and installation of;
