DESCRIPTION OF M&E WORKS
This project is one of a series that Climate Engineering have delivered to Imperial College London for end user Autolus at Forest House, Depot Road, White City, London, W12 7RP.
Autolus are building a leading biotechnology company focussed on the development and commercialisation of engineered T-cell therapies for haematological and solid tumours in which life-threatening diseases are treated by a patient’s own cells.
The project consisted of alterations to the existing ground and first floor and the delivery of mechanical services to a bespoke fit-out. The newly configured building will provide them with the necessary facilities to conduct their research programmes. Our scope of works included the design and installation of;
- Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
- New VRV Air Conditioning Systems
- New Fume Extract Systems
- New HWS Systems
- New CWS Systems
- New Drainage Systems
- Commissioning & Handover
The ability to hand over a snag-free space is essential in the delivery of these laboratories as, once operational, it is not possible to re-enter the space and interrupt research to conduct any remedial work.
