DESCRIPTION OF M&E WORKS

This project is one of a series that Climate Engineering have delivered on the prestigious Howard De Walden Estate for and on behalf of the main contractor Whistlers.

The Howard de Walden Estate is the freehold owner of most of the buildings in 92 acres of Marylebone, Central London. It manages and leases properties across an area that extends from Marylebone High Street in the west to Portland Place in the east, and from Wigmore Street in the south to Marylebone Road in the north.

Working alongside Urban Mesh Architects and Judd Consulting (UK) Ltd, who produced the M&E design, the project consisted of the complete refurbishment and extension to the existing property. The mechanical services were designed and installed to a bespoke fit-out. Our scope of works included the design and installation of;

  • New VRF Air Conditioning Systems
  • New BMS System
  • New Heating Systems
  • New HWS Systems
  • New CWS Systems
  • New Drainage Systems
